Below are the agreements which you confirm by completing a purchase through Computer HQ LTD.

The shipping and delivery of any purchased items through Computer HQ LTD are subject to fulfillment by the companies terms as follows:

Payment has been successfully made by the customer and received by the sales party, ensuring the entire value of goods and shipping has been fulfilled by the customer. Certain payment providers take longer to process payments than others and are always closely monitored by the administration team to ensure there are minimal to no issues during your transaction. Separate payment processing times can be found below:

Credit/debit cards (inclusive of Via, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JBL Payments ect...): processing based on your financial institution's time period of payments processing.

Klarna: Once approved payment has been confirmed by Klarna, it is their responsibility to release the funds within 8 days. Should an error occur during this transaction period, the representing financial institution will be responsible to contact the customer for any complications that may have occurred. If these funds have not been released once this time period has expired and contact has not been made with the customer, we ask that the purchasing party contact either:

Klarna Direct: If the value of your order is at or below the value of 250 in total.

Clearpay: Once approved payment has been confirmed by Clearpay, it is their responsibility to release the funds within 8 days. Should an error occur during this transaction period, the representing financial institution will be responsible to contact the customer for any complications that may have occurred. If these funds have not been released once this time period has expired and contact has not been made with the customer, we ask that the purchasing party contact either:
